If you are struggling with closing the gap between where you are currently and where you want to be in the future, I would be privileged to support you in making this happen. These challenges and patterns often block us from realizing our potential and may lead to isolation, hopelessness, and a loss of purpose in our lives. In working through these barriers we are able to uncover the true gifts which give life meaning and purpose.
I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years and have extensive experience working with those living with addictions, depression, trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. My approach in counseling is to build trust and provide an environment where others are able to access the resources and strengths within themselves that lead to a more fulfilling life.

In addition to working with various populations, I have extensive experience working with active duty military service members, veterans, and dependents. My passion is helping individuals and families work through the barriers that block them from realizing their true potential.
